What is QBO Clean-Up and how is it priced?

If your QuickBooks Online is inaccurate, accounts are not reconciled, or transactions are incorrectly categorized, we clean it up completely. It starts at $400, paid up front, then we get to work.

Do you still offer monthly bookkeeping?

We offer light bookkeeping on request, but our focus is helping you (or your team) run your own books with our training and support behind you.

What is The Business Startup Formula?

An 8-week, one-on-one guided program — one chapter a week, delivered live, with homework you complete and submit for review before moving on. It's hands-on by design, so "I read it and it didn't work" isn't an option: you finish with a real, operating business because you did the real work, with someone checking. It's capped at 3 clients per month and requires a short application.

What payroll options do you offer?

QuickBooks Online Payroll (we set it up and train you) or

Full-Service Payroll (we run it every pay period for you) — whichever fits how hands-on you want to be.

What happens after the Health Check or Clean-Up?

We can train you or a team member to take it from here, and offer a quarterly advisory retainer if you'd like ongoing support without full monthly service.
